- Jump starts (COVERS UP TO $150 UP TO 3X PER YEAR)
- Lockout assistance (COVERS UP TO $150 UP TO 3X PER YEAR)
- Fuel delivery (UP TO 20 GALLONS)
- Mobile tire service (LABOR/SERVICE CALL ONLY — CUSTOMER COVERS TIRE COST)
- Minor on-site repairs to get rolling (SIMPLE FIXES ONLY)
Hotel & Meal Coverage: $10/wk
When your truck is down for an approved repair, this add-on helps reduce the out-of-pocket cost of temporary lodging and meals so you’re not sleeping in the cab or burning cash while waiting on repairs.
How it Works:
- Available only during an approved breakdown event
- Hotel accommodations ($125 PER STAY UP TO 3 STAYS PER EVENT)
- Reasonable meal expenses ($50 PER STAY UP TO 3 STAYS PER EVENT)
- Funds are applied through your UFP card
APU Coverage: $7/wk
APU Coverage helps with the cost of approved mechanical and electrical failures on your auxiliary power unit so you can keep climate control, power, and comfort without idling the truck.
What it Covers:
- Starter
- Alternator
- Water pump
- Fuel pump
- Belts & pulleys (FAILURE RELATED - NOT WEAR AND TEAR)
- Engine sensors related to operation

Personal Property: $8/wk
Provides assistance toward approved, business-related in-cab items that are damaged or stolen during a qualifying breakdown event. Inventory list required. Limits apply.
What is Protected:
Approved, business-related items kept inside the cab that are damaged or stolen during a qualifying breakdown or repair event or fire, including:
Work Electronics
- Laptop or tablet used for:
- ELD / logs
- Dispatch
- Navigation
- Load management
- Chargers and mounting equipment for those devices
Tools & Equipment
- Hand tools used for roadside or minor mechanical work
- Diagnostic tools related to truck operation
- Tool bags and cases
Safety & Work Gear
- High-visibility vests
- Gloves
- Hard hats
- Safety boots (WORK -RELATED)
- Cold-weather or rain gear used for work
Essential Work Items
- Work bags or backpacks
- Paperwork folders, logbooks, clipboards
- Small work-related accessories stored in the cab
What IS NOT Protected:
- Cash, gift cards, jewelry
- Firearms or controlled items
- Personal electronics not used for work
- Items not listed on the inventory
- Wear & tear or pre-existing damage
- Loss unrelated to a breakdown event
Expanded Coverage +25%: $17/wk
Want extra protection? This add-on boosts your standard benefit limits by 25%, giving you more room when a major breakdown or expense hits.
EXAMPLE:
- Bronze: $6,000 annual coverage would go up to $7,500 annually
- Silver: $8,000 annual coverage would go up to $10,000 annually
- Gold: $10,000 annual coverage would go up to $12,500 annually
Preventive Maintenance: $12/wk
Need help staying ahead of repairs? This option helps with the cost of approved preventive maintenance visits (INSPECTIONS OR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE) up to two times per year.
Repair Guidance
(INCLUDED WITH EVERY MEMBERSHIP FOR FREE)
If you break down on the road and need help finding a shop, UFP can assist by:
- Searching for nearby repair shops based on your location
- Comparing hours, distance, and availability
- Calling shops on your behalf to confirm they can take you
- Helping you choose the best option for time, price, and turnaround
- Coordinating estimate submission so funding can be applied quickly
This service is optional — if you already have a preferred shop, you can use them.
